Quick Search

The Quick Search of Part Protocol is used if a Part ID is available.

Search results can be further limited by providing additional search parameters such as Facility ID, Process ID, Time Frame or Serial Number.

Report Scope

Defines the Report Scope that is queried

In case no additional Report Scope has been configured, the default Report Scope is used and this input field is not displayed, see Scope Concept and Report Scope Management.

Facility ID or Process ID

Enter the Identification Number of a Facility or Process.

Time Frame

Define Time Frame with .

Part ID

Enter part identification number(s). To edit the entries in an editor, click on list-view .

Serial Number

Enter serial number(s). To edit the entries in an editor, click on list-view .

Click to create the Result List.

Search for Part Information

Open the Part Traceability menu.
Click on Part Protocol.
Enter search parameters in the input fields.
Click on Search.

The Result List is displayed and the General Information view is selected.

If the search only delivers one result, the Part View is displayed directly and no Result List is displayed.

To display all quality data that is generated during the production process, either:

Click on the Part ID link in the Result List.
Click on on the left side of the according row

For both, the Part View of Part Protocol is opened.
