Introduction to the Deviation Processor module

The module Deviation Processor gives visibility to deviations in production (e.g. downtimes and faults) that have been detected by other modules and sent to Deviation Processor. These deviations can be automatically responded to using quick reactions or manual reactions.

Depending on the configuration of the Nexeed Industrial Application System, deviations are displayed automatically for certain modules. A quick reaction filters the deviations and sends the information to a selected reaction executing system, such as the Ticket Management module ( Operating Instructions | Ticket Management ), which is used to process and resolve the deviation.

Main Function

  • View and search deviations and their details.

  • Create and edit quick reactions that are executed automatically in the event of certain deviations.

  • Trigger manual reactions to a deviation.

  • Mark deviations as processed or closed.

  • Validate schemes of registered actions

  • Create sustainability assessments to check for repeatedly occurring deviations

Roles and permissions

All modules of the Nexeed Industrial Application System are based on permissions. Depending on the permissions, different functions are available in a module.
To enable functions, the user is assigned a role based on the desired permission. Permissions are managed in the Multitenant Access Control module.

The standard configuration of the module includes the following roles:
