Introduction to the KPI Reporting module

The module KPI Reporting provides various reports to view production- and machine-related KPIs such as OEE, part count, cycle times and downtimes. In addition, it is used to manage elements of shop floor management.

Main Function

  • Provision of KPI reports

  • Management of:

    • Type groups and types

    • Target cycle times

    • Target values

    • Downtime causes

    • Configuration parameters

Roles and permissions

All modules of the Nexeed Industrial Application System are based on permissions. Depending on the permissions, different functions are available in a module.
To enable functions, the user is assigned a role based on the desired permission. Permissions are managed in the Multitenant Access Control module.

The standard configuration of the module includes the following roles:

  • KPI Reporting User

  • KPI Reporting Administrator
