Quick Search

The Quick Search of Packaging Information is used if an Identification Number is available. This Identification Number can be:

Packaging Number
SAP Box Number
SAP Pallet Number
Delivery Note Number
GS1 EPC GRAI
External Identifier

Description

Report Scope

Defines the Report Scope that is queried

In case no additional Report Scope has been configured, the default Report Scope is used and this input field is not displayed, see Scope Concept and Report Scope Management.

Type

Select the Identification Number type. Default configuration: All Type

The Packaging Number type can be both a pallet number and a box number.

Identification Number

Enter Identification Number.
To edit the entries in an editor, click on list-view .

Click to create the Result List

Search for Packaging Information

Open the Part Traceability menu.
Click on Packaging Information.
Enter search parameters in the input fields.
Click on Search.

The Result List is displayed.

Further information can be accessed by clicking the link in the according column of the Result List. This is available for:

Pallet details (Pallet Package ID)
Box details (Box Package ID)
All available information about a part that has been generated during the production process (Part ID)
