Introduction to Shopfloor Management Administration

Shopfloor Management Administration is used to manage elements and parameters required by the Shopfloor Management modules:

  • Andon Live

  • Global Production Overview

  • Improvement Routines

  • KPI Reporting

  • Shift Book

Main Function

  • Management of type groups and types

  • Management of target cycle times

  • Management of target values

  • Management of downtime causes

  • Management of configuration parameters

    • System Configuration

    • Auto-Insert Station Errors

    • Downtime Text Templates

    • Event block list

    • Location Management

Roles and permissions

All modules of the Nexeed Industrial Application System are based on permissions. Depending on the permissions, different functions are available in a module.
To enable functions, the user is assigned a role based on the desired permission. Permissions are managed in the Multitenant Access Control module.

The standard configuration of the module includes the following roles:

  • Administration user

  • Administration Admin

If the user who is logged on does not have the right to read the mentioned resources, the corresponding administration view tab will be grayed out and cannot be accessed.
