Part Information
The most important Part Information for a part is displayed in compact form in the Part Header. The Part Header is part of every view in the Part Protocol.

Additional part related information is displayed in the Part Information section.

Conduct a search using Part Protocol’s Quick Search or Extended Search.

Click on the Part ID of a part in the Result List to open the Part View.

Packaging
Packaging tab provides access to a selection of detailed information about the packaging of a part. More Packaging related information and possibilities for creating evaluations is available in Packaging Information.

Blocks
The Blocks tab displays information on blocks that exist for a part, thus preventing further processing in the production process. Such blocks are implemented to ensure quality expectations are met and that production processes remain controlled. The view indicates whether a block is currently active or not.
This information is only available for users of the Part Traceability module migrated from Nexeed MES. It does not apply to Nexeed IAS users working on a freshly installed system without prior MES migration. |

SPC Sessions
The SPC Sessions (Statistical Process Control) tab provides access to a selection of detailed information about the SPC sessions of a part.
This information is only available for users of the Part Traceability module migrated from Nexeed MES. It does not apply to Nexeed IAS users working on a freshly installed system without prior MES migration. |

Additional Information
The Additional Information tab provides access to additional information about the part. The Additional Information is divided into the following tabs:
Binary Data
Binary data files sent to Part Traceability are displayed in the Binary Data tab. The files incorporate additional customer-specific information, e.g. information imported by external systems.
