Procedure

Search for or filter for downtime causes. Search for downtime causes , Filter downtime causes

Select downtime causes by activating the checkbox at the beginning of the relevant rows.

Click
Translations.The Translations dialog opens.
The tree of the selected downtime causes is shown on the left. To identify downtime causes with no or missing translations select the relevant languages in the Language Filter section and activate Highlight Missing Translations.
The languages of the downtime cause selected in the tree are listed on the right.

Make changes.

Click Save.
The changes to the translations are saved.
