Type groups and types
The Type Groups and Types tab is used to create, check and modify type groups and types.

Type group
Groups several types. Targets or target cycle times can only be assigned per type group.

Type
Globally unique combination of type number and variant, independent of the assignment to a type group.

The user is logged on to the Web Portal.
Procedure
In the menu, click on the Shopfloor Management > Administration > Type Groups and Types tab.
The Type Groups and Types tab opens.
The Type Groups and Types tab displays a table of type groups and their types, as well as interaction elements ( Description of the interaction elements for type groups ).
