Backup and Restore

In to order to recover from an unexpected shutdown the database and environment variables have to be backed up. Even though the Packaging Control database isn’t intendent to be used as a permanent archive for packaging related data, there may be some preliminary data stored within the Packaging Control database during packaging process.
