Start and shutdown

The service can be deployed using the prepared HELM chart. The created Docker container should be started automatically after the deployment. On startup the service will automatically register the web interface in the configured Nexeed portal. Automatic health checks are implemented and report a "healthy" status as soon as the service is available.

The startup time of the Packaging Control service is mostly influenced by the available CPU capacity and the latency to the connected database.
