Transport orders: Overview tab
All planned, completed and archived transport orders are listed in a table on the Overview tab.

Description of the Interaction Elements: Transport orders
The following table describes the column titles that are available for transport orders under the Overview tab.
If there are problems with a transport order, support must be provided with the ID. |

Setting Up Table Columns for Transport Orders
The transport movements of an individual transport order can be displayed in the transport orders table. The columns in the transport orders table and the columns in the expanded transport movements table can be individually shown or hidden.
To expand the transport movements of a transport order, click on |

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

In the header, click
to open the Select columns dialog window.
Two tabs are available in the Select columns dialog window: Transport order and Transport movement. In the Transport order tab, the columns in the transport orders table can be shown or hidden. In the Transport movement , the transport movements columns that are expanded below the transport order can be shown or hidden.
In both tabs, the Available columns section indicates the column titles that are not displayed in the respective table. The Selected columns area contains the column titles that are displayed in the respective table.

In the desired tab, drag-and-drop the individual column titles between the Available columns and Selected columns sections.

On the desired tab, activate the checkboxes of the column titles that you want to move. *

The horizontal arrangement of the columns in the Selected columns pane can be sorted by dragging and dropping. The top column title appears in the table on the left.

Apply the changes with Save.
The table of transport orders and the expandable table of transport movements below it are displayed with the desired columns.
Organize view of the transport order table
The transport orders table can be sorted by desired columns and the table columns can be moved horizontally. The width of the table columns can be changed.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

To move the table columns, move the desired column title horizontally in the desired table via drag and drop.
The table column appears in the desired position.

To adjust the width of a table column, place the mouse pointer over the column boundary between the column titles.
The mouse pointer appears as a double arrow.

Move the column boundary by holding down the left mouse button.
The width of the desired column is adjusted.

To sort the table contents by a column, click the desired column title.
An up arrow indicates that the table is being sorted by ascending alphabetical order or ascending numbering.
An down arrow indicates that the table is being sorted by descending alphabetical order or descending numbering.
The table layout is optimized for the respective view.
Filtering the Contents of the Transport Orders Table
The contents of the transport orders table can be filtered by column.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

In the header, click
Filter to open the Filter dialog window.

In the drop-down list, select the desired column titles to which the filter should apply.
To the right of the drop-down list, a specific filter detail text box appears for each column title.

In the respective filter details text box, enter the text by which you want to filter.
In the drop-down list, a

appear after the column title that is being filtered.
Use
to delete a filter again.

Activate the filter with Apply.

To also display archived data, enable the Archived data checkbox in the header.
Only the transport orders that contain the filtered text appear in the table. The filter criteria appear below the header.

Filter transport orders by creation time
Transport orders that have been created in a specific time period can be displayed using the filter.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

Click
in the Filter by creation time field in the header.

Select the start date and time of the desired time period.
-
Select the end date and time of the desired time period.
The selected time period is highlighted in blue.
If you want to view the transport orders for the current day, click Today and enter the start and end times.

To confirm the entered time period, click outside of the dialog window.
All transport orders within the entered time period are displayed in the list of deviations.
Search for transport order ID
A transport order can be searched for using the identification number (ID) under which it is saved in the database.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

In the header, enter the desired ID in the text field Search by ID and click
to search.
The transport order with the required ID appears in the table.
Exporting the Contents of the Transport Orders Table
The filtered contents of the table can be exported as an Excel spreadsheet using the *.csv file format.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

Filter the table by the desired content.

In the header, click
to open the file manager.

Save or open the file in the desired location.
-
Press OK to export the filtered contents of the table.
All table contents are exported in the *.csv file format and can be opened from the selected file manager folder.
Saving the Transport Order as a PDF File
A label can be opened or saved in PDF format for a transport order.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

Create the PDF document by clicking
in the row of the desired transport order.
The file manager appears.

Save the PDF file to the desired location.
The transport order label for the driver is saved as a PDF file and can be printed out.
Updating the Transport Orders Table
In case of changes, e.g. to transport movements or if a new transport order is recorded in the system, the table view can be manually reloaded. Alternatively, automatic updating can be enabled.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

To enable automatic updating of the table, click
in the header.
The table is updated.

To reload the table view, click
in the header.
The table is reloaded and the most recent changes are displayed.
The table view is current and contains all changes to the transport orders and transport movements.
Create transport order in the overview tab
New transport orders can be created with or without a transport order template and added to the overview of transport orders.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

In the header, use
to open the New transport order dialog box.

Enter the following details in the New transport order dialog box:
Description of the Interaction Elements: Transport ordersIf auto-complete is used in the Material Number text field and the master data in the Materials window is current, the Material Description and Unit Load Type text fields will automatically be filled with data.
If the data in the Quantity text field is changed, the data in the Number of Unit Load Types text field will change automatically.-
To select a transport order template for a transport order that has already been created, enter the name of the transport order template in the Templates text field and search with
.
Or:
Select the desired transport order template from the list of transport order templates under the Templates text field.
The data from the selected transport order template is transferred to the text fields.

Enter deadline information:
Calculating the deadline automatically : The target date is calculated automatically.
Calculating the deadline automatically : Manually enter the target date (input fields Target date and Target time ). The target time displays the current time plus a two-hour procurement time.

To split transport orders with more than one unit load, enable the Split transport order checkbox.
Example: A transport order for ten pallets is to be created and no trailer for ten pallets is available. Split the transport order into ten transport orders with one pallet each.
The ten transport orders are scheduled and executed one after the other.

Print the transport details label for the driver:
Press out : After creating the transport order ( Save ) the file manager appears. The file can be saved or opened in PDF format.
Press out : No label is created for the driver with the details of the transport order.

Use Save to create the transport order.
A new transport order has been created and is displayed in the overview of transport orders.

To update the transport order table, proceed to Updating the Transport Orders Table.

To track the transport movements to the transport orders, continue with Transport Movements.

To create transport orders on the Board tab, continue with Create transport order on the Board tab.
Create and import transport orders as an Excel file
If several transport orders are to be created or updated, the data can be collected and imported in an Excel spreadsheet.
The Excel spreadsheet must use the Transport Management template. |

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

In the header, use
to open the Open TO_Template.csv dialog box.
-
Save the file in *.csv format to the desired location.
The Excel file template for importing transport orders is downloaded and appears in the user-specific download folder.

Enter and save the details of the transport orders in the Excel spreadsheet.
-
To import the Excel spreadsheet containing the transport orders into the list of transport orders, click on
in the header.
The Upload file dialog box opens.

Select the completed template with the required transport orders (*.csv).
The CSV import summary dialog window appears.

Close the summary with OK.
The transport orders are automatically created or updated and appear in the Transport orders list.
Reschedule transport order
Transport orders which have already been scheduled can be rescheduled. This is necessary in the following cases:

The assignment to a planning service was changed in the service area.
-
The service area was changed.

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

Check the checkboxes for the transport orders that you wish to reschedule.

In the header, use
to reschedule the selected transport orders.

Confirm the edit with Reschedule in the dialog box.
The transport order rescheduling starts.

To update the transport order table, proceed to Updating the Transport Orders Table.
Deleting a Transport Order

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Overview tab.

If necessary, filter by a transport order.
Filtering the Contents of the Transport Orders Table -
Delete transport order:
-
To delete a transport order, click
in the row containing the transport order.
-
To delete multiple transport orders, enable the transport order checkboxes and click
in the header.
-
To delete all displayed transport orders, enable the checkbox in the title row of the list and click
in the header.
-
-
In the dialog box, click Delete to permanently delete the transport order template.
The transport order is deleted and removed from the list of transport orders.

To update the transport order table, proceed to Updating the Transport Orders Table.
