Replenishment lead times
All customer-specific replenishment lead times that deviate from the standard replenishment time are displayed in the Material Flow Data > Replenishment Lead Times menu. Two hours are defined as the standard replenishment lead time. The replenishment lead time is the maximum amount of time in which a transport order must be completed. Replenishment lead times can be created, edited and deleted.
Creating a New Replenishment Lead Time
New replenishment lead time are displayed in the lead time overview.

Call up the Material flow data > Replenishment lead times menu.

Create replenishment lead time with
.
The fields Source system , Material number , Load unit type , Start and Target can be used as filters. If a transport order meets the filter criteria, the Replenishment lead time for this transport order is automatically entered. If no filter criteria are defined, the input Replenishment lead time applies to all transport orders.

Select the material number from the Material number drop-down list.

Select the unit load type from the Unit load type drop-down list.

Select Source location:
Select the hall, station and storage location where the replenishment lead time is to start from the drop-down lists.

Select the Target location:
Select the hall, station and storage location where the replenishment lead time is to end from the drop-down lists.

Enter a Description.

Adjust replenishment lead time.
Example of a defined replenishment lead time: For all materials that come from hall 1, station warehouse 1, storage location 1 and are to be delivered to hall 2, station warehouse 2, storage location 2, a replenishment lead time of 5 hours should apply. In this example, the filter criteria are Source and Target. * Enter the description in the Description field, e.g.: Materials from hall 1, storage location 1 to hall 2, storage location 2. * Enter five hours in the replenishment lead time field. * In the Source field, select hall 1, station warehouse 1 and storage location 1 from the drop-down lists. * In the Target field, select hall 2, station warehouse 2 and storage location 2 from the drop-down lists.
+ The replenishment lead time of 5 hours applies to all transport orders that fulfill the filter criteria (start, target).

Confirm the entries using Save.
The replenishment time is created and appears in the Material flow data > Replenishment lead time menu.
Editing the Replenishment Lead Time

The replenishment time is used for all transport orders with the set filter criteria.
Deleting the Replenishment Lead Time

Call up the Material flow data > Replenishment lead times menu.

Delete replenishment lead time:

To delete a replenishment lead time, click
in the row for that lead time.

To delete multiple replenishment lead times, check the checkboxes for the replenishment lead times and click
in the header.

To delete all displayed replenishment lead times, enable the checkbox in the title bar of the list and click
in the header.

Click Delete in the dialog box to permanently delete the replenishment lead time.
The replenishment lead time is deleted and removed from the list of replenishment lead times.
