Transport orders: Board tab
On the Board tab, transport orders can be created quickly using existing transport order templates. The templates are displayed as tiles with the most important information and can be filtered according to different criteria.

To filter transport order templates, continue with Board tab: Filter transport order templates for a transport order.

To create a new transport order via the Board tab, continue with Create transport order on the Board tab.

To create transport order templates, continue with Creating or Editing a New TO Template.
Board tab: Filter transport order templates for a transport order
To create a transport order on the Board tab, a transport order template must be used. The existing transport order templates are displayed as tiles and can be filtered according to different criteria.
Transport order templates can be created, edited and managed under TO templates. |

Creating or Editing a New TO Template
Procedure

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Board tab.

To display transport order templates with a specific source location, select a building, a hall, a station and a storage location from the Source drop-down list:

Activate the checkbox of the building where the transport order is to start.

Proceed to the selection of the hall with
.

Activate the checkbox of the hall where the transport order is to start.

Proceed to the selection of the station with
.

Activate the checkbox of the station where the transport order is to start.

Proceed to the selection of the store location with
.

Activate the checkbox of the storage location where the transport order is to start.
The Source drop-down list lists the building, hall, station and storage location in sequence.

To confirm the selection, click outside of the drop-down list.
Only transport order templates that start at the selected location are displayed.

To display transport order templates with a specific target location, select a building, a hall, a station and a storage location from the Destination drop-down list.
The target location is selected in the same manner as for the selection of the source location.

To confirm the selection, click outside of the drop-down list.
Only transport order templates that have the selected location as their target are displayed.

To display transport order templates for transport orders of specific materials, select the desired material from the Material number drop-down list.
Below the drop-down lists, the transport order templates whose information matches the filter criteria are displayed as tiles.
The Board drop-down list currently has no function. This will be added to in the future. |

Create transport order on the Board tab

Creating or Editing a New TO Template
Procedure

In the Material flow > Transport orders menu, call up the Board tab.

Filter by transport order templates if necessary.
Board tab: Filter transport order templates for a transport order -
To create a transport order based on a transport order template, click the desired transport order template.
All data of the transport order template can be changed as required. Additional information can be displayed and modified under
Show more.

Adjust the data of the transport order template if necessary.

To save and print a label for the transport order in PDF format, activate the Print checkbox.

Use Save to create the transport order.

If the Print checkbox has been activated, the file manager appears.

Save the PDF file to the desired location or open it and print it if necessary.

The transport order has been created and appears on the Overview tab in the transport orders table.

To create a transport order without a transport order template, continue with Create transport order in the overview tab.
