INTEGMA
The purpose of Integma Inbound is to ensure traceability at the packaging unit (PU/GTL) level by transferring critical data from the logistics domain to the production area. The process starts with receiving the DESADV IDoc (ASN) and ends with scanning the Global Transport Label (GTL) in the Nexeed Industrial Application System at the production line. The data is either received via the IDoc or generated within SAP (including the unique identifier of the packaging unit). This ensures that this information is readily available and known for subsequent scanning operations during production. The scope of Integma encompasses a range of functions designed to achieve this seamless data flow and traceability:
-
ASN Data Verification:
-
Performed within SAP during the processing of the DESADV IDoc.
-
Executed after the creation of the inbound delivery in SAP (SAP initiates a data check webservice call to Nexeed Industrial Application System).
-
-
Material Database (MatDB) Entry Creation: Triggered in Nexeed Industrial Application System by the Transfer Order (TO) created following the Goods Receipt (GR) booking in SAP (GRTO).
-
Internal GTL Printing and Unique ID Generation: In cases where the supplier has not provided a printed GTL, Integma facilitates the printing of internal GTLs and the generation of an internal unique identifier within SAP.
-
Repacking of Original Packaging Units: Supports the repacking of original packaging units directly within SAP.
-
Third-Level Packaging Pairing: Enables the pairing of third-level packaging (e.g., a blister pack within a box)
