User and Operator Actions on the Packaging Unit Page
This document outlines the capabilities of a user or operator on the "Packaging Unit" page within the application, based on the provided screenshots.
Summary of User/Operator Actions
A user or operator can perform the following actions related to Packaging Units:
Viewing Packaging Unit Information
Users can view a detailed list of packaging units. For each unit, the following information is displayed:

Identifier: A unique identification number (e.g.,
IAS0000009801
). -
State: The current status of the packaging unit, such as
Open
(indicated by a blue circle) orDelivered
(indicated by a green circle). -
Order Number: The specific order number associated with the packaging unit.

External Identifier: An optional external reference or identifier for the unit.

Quantity: The number of items or components contained within the packaging unit.
-
Last Updated On: The timestamp indicating when the packaging unit’s record was last modified.
Searching for Packaging Units
A general search bar is available at the top of the list, allowing users to quickly find specific packaging units by entering relevant keywords or identifiers.
Filtering Packaging Units
Users have robust filtering options to narrow down the displayed list of packaging units:

By Last Updated On (Date and Time Range):

Users can set a Start Date and Start Time (Hour

Users can set an End Date and End Time (Hour

This filter limits the list to packaging units that were updated within the specified time frame.

Summary of User/Operator Actions for Filtering Packaging Units
When the "Filter" dialog is opened on the "Packaging Unit" page, a user or operator can precisely control which packaging units are displayed by setting various filter criteria:
General Search

Keyword Search: Users can enter keywords or phrases into the
Search
bar located at the top of the dialog. This performs a broad search across multiple attributes of the packaging units.
Filter by Line and Station
Under the "General" tab (which is currently selected), users can specify location-based filters:

Users can input a specific

identifier to display only packaging units associated with that particular production or packaging line. -
Station:

identifier to display only packaging units that were processed at that particular station. -
Reset Line/Station Filters: A circular arrow icon next to "Line and Station" indicates that these specific fields can be individually reset.
Filter by Dates
Users can filter packaging units based on various date and time ranges:

to filter for packaging units based on when they were physically packed. -
Created On:

to filter for packaging units based on their creation timestamp in the system. -

Date Picker: A calendar icon adjacent to each date field indicates the availability of a date/time picker tool for convenient selection of ranges.

Reset Date Filters: A circular arrow icon next to "Dates" indicates that all date-related fields can be collectively reset.
Filter Management Actions
At the bottom of the filter dialog, users can manage the application and clearing of filters:

Clicking the

button will execute the currently configured filters and update the main list of packaging units accordingly. -
Cancel Filtering:

Cancel
button will close the filter dialog without applying any of the changes made within it. -
Reset All Filters:

button will clear all currently entered filter criteria across all sections of the dialog, reverting it to its default state.
Tab Navigation

"Order" Tab: The presence of an "Order" tab alongside the "General" tab suggests that there are additional filter options related to order details.
