Task templates

The Maintenance Management > Configuration > Task Templates tab contains the task template settings.

Apply any configuration change with Save.

*PDF Export* \| *Custom Labels*	Defines the name of the custom labels which are used within the PDF file after exporting a task template.
*PDF Export* \| *Legal Information*	Defines the legal information which is used within the PDF file after exporting a task template.
*History* \| *Comment Mode*	The following comment modes are available: *Always* A comment must be entered for task template state changes. *Optional* A comment may be entered for task template state changes. *Never* Comment input field is not shown at all for task template state changes.

PDF Export | Custom Labels
