Filter and search functions

In Maintenance, the overviews of the tasks can be filtered and sorted in the Maintenance > Machine maintenance , Maintenance > Tool maintenance , Maintenance > Task templates and Maintenance > Schedules tabs. The filter and search functions differ between device and tool only in the options for filtering and sorting.

Enter the name of the task, task template or schedule in full or in part.

favorite-star Favorite

Manage Favorites.

sort-alphabetically Sort

Sort the list of tasks in descending or ascending order according to criteria.

According to :

  • ID

    Sort tasks according to ID.

  • Date

    Sort tasks according to date.

  • Priority

    Sort tasks according to priority.

  • Status

    Sort tasks according to status.

  • Resolving Group

    Sort tasks by resolving groups.

  • Tools/devices

    Sort tasks by tool or device. Depending on the menu, Tools or Devices can be selected.

Manage Favorites

The view of the menus can be saved as favorites. When a favorite is selected, the saved view opens. When creating or editing a favorite, the current view is saved. Favorites can be created, selected, edited and deleted.

Procedure

  1. Call up the Maintenance > Machine maintenance menu.

    Or:

    Call up the Maintenance > Tool maintenance menu.

  2. Open favorites with favorite-star.

  3. To load the view of a favorite, select Favorites from the drop-down list.

    Use checkmark to display an active favorite.

    Use checkmark to remove an active favorite.

  4. To enable notifications for a view, select bell :

    If the status of a task changes in the favorite view, a notification is sent to the Notification Service module. The Notification Service module then processes this further.

    An active notification for a view is displayed with bell.

    A deactivated notification for a view is displayed with bell deactivated.

  5. To save the current view to a new favorite:

    • Select Create Favorite.

    • Enter the Name of the Favorite.

    • Select Save to store the view as a favorite.

  6. To a load favorite view:

    • Select Apply or Applied.

      An active favorite is displayed with Applied.

  7. To display a favorite in the list of favorites:

    • watch-on or watch-off-disabled-bold should be selected.

      A favorite that is shown in the list is displayed with watch-on.

      A favorite that is not shown in the list is displayed with watch-off-disabled-bold..

  8. To enable notifications for a favorite:

    • image::188102.png[Settings] Select Settings.

      When the status of a task changes in the view, a notification is sent to the Deviation Processor module. The Deviation Processor module then continues to process the notification.

    • Select bell or bell deactivated.

      An active notification for a view is displayed with bell.

      A deactivated notification for a view is displayed with bell deactivated.

  9. To change the name of a favorite:

    • image::188102.png[Settings] Select Settings.

    • Select favorite with mdm_edit_icon.

    • Enter the Name of the Favorite.

    • Press Save to change the name of the favorite.

  10. To delete a favorite:

    • image::188102.png[Settings] Select Settings.

    • Use delete to select favorites.

    • Remove favorites with Delete.

The favorites are set up.

Filter Machine Tasks in the Overview

In the Machine maintenance menu, device tasks can be filtered by priority, status, resolving group for the assigned user, maintenance type, reporting date, failure, due date or required downtime for the task.

Prerequisite

User or Administrator role

Procedure

  1. Call up the Maintenance > Machine maintenance menu.

  2. Open the filter with filter.

  3. To set filters for the priority level, select Priority.

    Active filters are shown with checkmark and delete.

    Active filters can be deleted with delete.

  4. To set filters for the status, select Status.

  5. To set filters for the resolving group, select Resolving group.

  6. To set filters for the assigned user, select Assignment.

  7. To set filters for a maintenance type, select Maintenance type.

  8. To set filters for a report date, select Report date.

  9. To set filters for a failure that has occurred, select Failure.

  10. To set filters for a due date, select Due date.

  11. To set filters for a required downtime, select Required downtime.

  12. To delete the filter selection, select Reset.

  13. Apply filter with Filter.

Only tasks with the selected filters are displayed in the table.

Filter Tool Tasks in the Overview

In the Tool maintenance menu, tool tasks can be filtered by priority, status, resolving groups for the assigned user, maintenance type, reporting date or task due date.

User or Administrator role

Procedure

  1. Call up the Maintenance > Tool maintenance menu.

  2. Open the filter with filter.

  3. To set filters for the priority level, select Priority.

    Active filters are shown with checkmark and delete.

    Active filters can be deleted with delete.

  4. To set filters for the status, select Status.

  5. To set filters for the resolving group, select Resolving group.

  6. To set filters for the assigned user, select Assignment.

  7. To set filters for a maintenance type, select Maintenance type.

  8. To set filters for a report date, select Report date.

  9. To set filters for a due date, select Due date.

  10. To delete the filter selection, select Reset.

  11. Apply filter with Filter.

Only tasks with the selected filters are displayed in the table.

Filter task templates in the overview

In the Machine task templates and Tool task templates menus, task templates can be filtered by resolving groups, tools, devices, release status and task tags.

Task templates for machines

Prerequisite

User or Administrator role

Procedure

  1. Open the Maintenance > Machine task templates or Maintenance > Tool task templates menu.

  2. Open the filter with filter.

  3. To set filters for the resolving group, select Resolving group.

    Active filters are shown with checkmark and delete.

    Active filters can be deleted with delete.

  4. To set filters for the tools, select Tools.

  5. To set filters for the device, select Device.

  6. To set filters for the release status, select Release status.

  7. To set filters for the tags, select Tags.

  8. To delete the filter selection, select Reset.

  9. Apply filter with Filter.

Only task templates with the selected filters are displayed in the table.

Filter schedules in the overview

In the Schedules menu, schedules can be filtered by status, type, task template, time of creation and schedule creator.

Timing plans

Prerequisite

User or Administrator role

Procedure

  1. Call up the Maintenance > Schedules menu.

  2. Open the filter with filter.

  3. To set filters for the status, select Status.

    Active filters are shown with checkmark and delete.

    Active filters can be deleted with delete.

  4. To set filters for the type, select Type.

  5. To set filters for the task template, select Task template.

  6. To set filters for the creation time, select Created on.

  7. To set filters for the creator, select Creator.

  8. To delete the filter selection, select Reset.

  9. Apply filter with Apply.

Only entries with the selected filters are displayed in the table.
