Filter and search functions
In Maintenance, the overviews of the tasks can be filtered and sorted in the Maintenance > Machine maintenance , Maintenance > Tool maintenance , Maintenance > Task templates and Maintenance > Schedules tabs. The filter and search functions differ between device and tool only in the options for filtering and sorting.

Manage Favorites
The view of the menus can be saved as favorites. When a favorite is selected, the saved view opens. When creating or editing a favorite, the current view is saved. Favorites can be created, selected, edited and deleted.

To load the view of a favorite, select Favorites from the drop-down list.

If the status of a task changes in the favorite view, a notification is sent to the Notification Service module. The Notification Service module then processes this further.

To save the current view to a new favorite:

Select Create Favorite.

Enter the Name of the Favorite.

Select Save to store the view as a favorite.

Filter Machine Tasks in the Overview
In the Machine maintenance menu, device tasks can be filtered by priority, status, resolving group for the assigned user, maintenance type, reporting date, failure, due date or required downtime for the task.

To set filters for the priority level, select Priority.

To set filters for the resolving group, select Resolving group.

To set filters for the assigned user, select Assignment.

To set filters for a maintenance type, select Maintenance type.

To set filters for a due date, select Due date.

To set filters for a required downtime, select Required downtime.

To delete the filter selection, select Reset.

Apply filter with Filter.
Only tasks with the selected filters are displayed in the table.
Filter Tool Tasks in the Overview
In the Tool maintenance menu, tool tasks can be filtered by priority, status, resolving groups for the assigned user, maintenance type, reporting date or task due date.

In the Machine task templates and Tool task templates menus, task templates can be filtered by resolving groups, tools, devices, release status and task tags.

Filter schedules in the overview
In the Schedules menu, schedules can be filtered by status, type, task template, time of creation and schedule creator.
