ERP

The Maintenance Management > Configuration > ERP tab contains the enterprise resource planning related settings.

Apply any configuration change with Save.

*Task External ID* \| *ID Labels*	Defines the labels for each part of the external id. Add label: Enter description into the empty input field. Click on . Change label: Change description for an existing label. Remove label: Click on for an existing label. QR code visibility: : QR code visible in task details. : QR code not visible in task details. *Delivery Locations* \| *Mode*	Define the mode for delivery location at confirming spare parts reservation: *Always* Selecting a delivery location is mandatory at confirming spare parts reservation. *Optional* Selecting a delivery location is optional at confirming spare parts reservation. *Never* Delivery location input field is not shown at all at confirming spare parts reservation.
*Delivery Locations* \| *Available Delivery Locations*	Define delivery locations which are selectable at confirming spare parts reservation. Add delivery location: Click on in the table. Enter location ID. Enter description. Click on *Add. Change delivery location: Click on in the table. Change location ID. Change description. Click on Edit*. Delete delivery location: Click on in table.
*Spare Part Settings* \| *Spare Part Quantity Source*	Defines whether amount of available spare part quantity is received via ERP Connectivity package or INDIRA system: ERP Connectivity package is used. INDIRA is used.

Delivery Locations | Mode

Define the mode for delivery location at confirming spare parts reservation:

Always

Selecting a delivery location is mandatory at confirming spare parts reservation.
Optional

Selecting a delivery location is optional at confirming spare parts reservation.
Never

Delivery location input field is not shown at all at confirming spare parts reservation.

Delivery Locations | Available Delivery Locations

Define delivery locations which are selectable at confirming spare parts reservation.

Add delivery location:
1. Click on in the table.
2. Enter location ID.
3. Enter description.
4. Click on Add.
Change delivery location:
1. Click on in the table.
2. Change location ID.
3. Change description.
4. Click on Edit.
Delete delivery location:

Click on in table.

Spare Part Settings | Spare Part Quantity Source

Defines whether amount of available spare part quantity is received via ERP Connectivity package or INDIRA system:

mm_switch_enabled

ERP Connectivity package is used.

mm_switch_disabled

INDIRA is used.
