System information

System information provides an overview of modules that are available in the current organization. The page supports troubleshooting and support cases by showing versions, deployment, and registration details for each module.

System information is available in the help menu in the header. Open and select System Information.

System information is available for users with the Web Portal User role.

System Information

The page contains a module list and a detail area. Select a module in the list to display the related details.

The detail area provides technical information about the module, such as registration details, registered views, documents and widgets. This information can be used for troubleshooting and support cases.

Removing a module

Users with the Web Portal Operator role can remove a module from the system.

Removing a module cannot be undone.
  1. Select the module to be removed in the module list.

  2. Click the Delete button in the action area.

  3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog.

The module list only shows modules that are available in the current organization.
