The support page can be opened by clicking on the customer support icon in the header.

The contact information (phone number, email address, email template, UI texts) can be configured per language and instance via environment variable. The information cannot be configured per tenant.
The support page can be turned off entirely or a custom URL can be shown per language and per tenant instead of the default page shown by portal via Web Portal Configuration page. If nothing is configured default portal page would be displayed:

If a language is not configured, the UI falls back to the English configuration. If an empty configuration is configured for a language, the UI will display an error message like this:
