User profile
In the user profile, the language, time zone, date and time format, and automatic logout timeout can be configured. The user profile is accessible from the user menu in the header.
Changing the user profile

Click on the user name in the header.

Click User profile in the opening menu.
The User profile opens.

In the Language, Date and Time section, set the language, time zone, date format, time format, and first day of week.
The name and email address in the User section cannot be changed here. To change the name or email address, use the Multitenant Access Control module. If being logged in with Single Sign-On (SSO), the name and email address are provided by the identity provider and might not be editable in IAS.

In the Log Out section, select the inactivity timeout.
The timeout countdown starts when no mouse or keyboard input is detected. Available options are 5 min, 15 min (default), 30 min, and Never while page is open.
Only use the Never while page is open function in exceptional cases. This function can allow third parties to access sensitive data, for example if a work computer is not locked during an absence or is shared with other persons.

Click Save.
The changes are saved and the browser window is reloaded.
