Rework Control core

The Nexeed Rework Control Core module is a key component in the operational rework process. It enables users to efficiently search for and analyze information related to individual parts or groups of parts. Based on the customer’s standard operating procedure (SOP), users can take necessary actions such as repair or scrap. Typically, this module is installed at a station located at the end of the production line, ensuring quick access for dismounting parts or transitioning them to another process.

  1. The user operation starts at the Welcome screen & search step.

  2. If the system finds a valid part or product ID, the Search and analyze step is shown.

  3. After analysis, select an available recovery option for the part or product ID in Recovery options step.

  4. After making a selection, complete the recovery action in Complete step.

To configure the client for a specific workstation, see Client configuration.
