Welcome screen & search step

To start the rework workstation operation:

Procedure

Open the Rework Control Core application.

The workstation name appears at the top of the application.

The Search and Analyse step is selected by default.
Enter the Part/Product ID.

The part or product ID can be entered manually in the Part ID text field or scanned using a barcode scanner.
To start the part ID search, click on Search.

If the part or product ID is scanned successfully, a success message is shown at the bottom of the header.
If the entered ID is found in the database, the Search and analyze step is enabled and detailed part or product information are shown.
If needed proceed to enter additional parts.

If the entered ID is not found in the database, an error message is shown.

If the scan is unclear, an error message is shown.
