Customer-Specific Actions Area

Under search Search & Act > Customer-Specific Actions , data can be added and changed and further process steps can be defined. The scope of actions depends on the customer-specific configuration.

Element Description

Marry Part with Workpiece Carrier

Connect the part to a workpiece carrier via the mapped TraceID.

Separate Part from Workpiece Carrier

Disconnect the part that is connected to a workpiece carrier via the mapped TraceID from the workpiece carrier.

Add Trace Data

Add trace data to the quality data.

Change Error Code

Change an error code incorrectly assigned to the quality data.

Change Components

Remove components from the part or add new components to the part.

To view the components that make up a part, under search Search & Act > Missing part Information > Parts Report , open the Components Overview.

Change Product Variant

Specify which product variant the part has.

Sending a DDL Telegram

Send a telegram configured on the server side to a Direct Data Link server.

Create an Empty Workpiece Carrier

Create a data record for an empty workpiece carrier in Line Control.

To Microsection Inspection

Separate the part data-technically from the workpiece carrier and feed it to the microsection inspection.

The part is therefore data-technically assigned to the microsection box in which the part is sent to the inspection station.

From Microsection Inspection

Separate a part that has been subjected to the microsection inspection data-technically from the microsection box and assign it to a workpiece carrier again.

The part is therefore data-technically fed back into the process.
