Configuration - General tab
The Maintenance Management > Configuration > General tab contains the general settings.
Apply any configuration change with Save button.

The following description modes are available:
Always A description must be entered for confirming working times. Optional A description may be entered for confirming working times. Never Description input field is not shown at all for confirming working times. |
Corrective Maintenance Task | Default Priority |
Defines the priority which is used by default for new corrective tasks:
Low Corrective task is set to low priority by default. Medium Corrective task is set to medium priority by default. High Corrective task is set to high priority by default. |
Corrective Maintenance Task | Allow to change priority |
Defines whether users can change the default priority:
Users can change the default priority.
Users cannot change the default priority. |
Task External ID | ID Separator |
Defines the separator used for splitting the external id within tasks. Example: SAP delivers an external id like this: <Notification>.<Order>.<Operation> Separator to be set: . (point) |
Task External ID | ID Labels |
Defines the labels for each part of the external id.
Example: SAP delivers an external id like this: <Notification>.<Order>.<Operation> Labels to be set: Notification Order Operation |
Reservation External ID | ID Separator |
Defines the separator used for splitting the external id within reservations. Refer to Task External ID | ID Separator. |
Reservation External ID | ID Labels |
Defines the labels for each part of the external id. Refer to Task External ID | ID Labels. |
Delivery Locations | Mode |
Define the mode for delivery location at confirming spare parts reservation:
Always Selecting a delivery location is mandatory at confirming spare parts reservation. Optional Selecting a delivery location is optional at confirming spare parts reservation. Never Delivery location input field is not shown at all at confirming spare parts reservation. |
