In the Material Orders menu, the material orders required in the production lines are displayed in the following windows:

In the Lines window, you can select the line for which all material orders are displayed in the Material Orders (All Lines) window.

When the mouse pointer is moved over a line, the DMC code of the material ID corresponding to the currently selected material reservation is displayed. In order for the DMC labels to appear when the mouse pointer is moved over the line, the entire contents of the ID column must fit into the cells.
There are two types of material order:

Marking the material order as delivered
The material orders can be marked as delivered:

Open the Material Orders menu.

In the Material Orders (All Lines) window, right-click on a material order to open the context menu and select Mark as delivered or Mark all as delivered.
The user permissions for the Mark as delivered and Mark all as delivered options are assigned using the AccessControl service. These operations can only be performed if the user has the required permissions.
In the lines of the selected material orders, the Delivered column shows the time when the order was marked as delivered.
Filtering material orders

Open the Material Orders menu.

In the Material Orders (All Lines) window, select the Filter Material Orders dialog box using

If necessary, enter the following information for the search:

Time
Active : The mode and duration can be edited.
Range mode : The exact time period based on date and time can be defined, which is used to filter the material orders. The From and To drop-down lists appear below the mode. Select the date and time in the selection lists.
Relative mode : The number of days, hours and minutes for which the material orders are filtered can be set. The Duration drop-down list appears below the mode. Select the time from the drop-down list. -
Location
Selected Lines : Only the material orders for one or more selected lines are displayed
Stations : Only the material orders for one or more selected stations are displayed.The Time and Location filters cannot be disabled at the same time in order to avoid huge data requests from the OrderManagement service. If the time filter is disabled, the location filter is automatically enabled and vice versa.

Only the filtered material orders are displayed in the table of the Material Orders (All Lines) window.
Material Orders window: Status of a request
A request is the first step in procuring the materials required to complete a material order.
The status of the request indicates the progress of processing. For each status, there is a separate table column in the Material Orders (All Lines) window. The following table describes all statuses of a request:

Material Orders window: Status of a reservation
When a reservation is made, the required material is reserved at various storage locations, for example in a climate chamber located on a production line.
The reservation status indicates the progress of the processing. For each status, there is a separate table column in the Material Orders (All Lines) window. The following table describes all statuses of a reservation:

The material calculation has made the reservation based on the material requirements and the appropriate material at a configured storage location. A reservation is only created if the required material is neither on the machine nor in delivery and cannot be obtained from an existing reservation or request.

The material that was in delivery has been checked in at the handover location specified in the reservation. |

Canceled |
The material requirement estimated by the material calculation has changed and the reservation is no longer required. |

The amount of time for reserved material under Parameter Type: Line > Group: SRS > Material Reservation Duration [Minutes] has been exceeded. Or: The amount of time for reserved material in delivery in Parameter Type: Line > Group: SRS > "In Delivery" Material Reservation Duration [minutes] has been exceeded. The material calculation has created an emergency order (request) for the material. |

Missing |
The material has been checked in at a location that is not specified in the reservation. The material calculation is now looking for another way to obtain the material.

Missing Parts Monitor (All Lines) window
In the Missing Parts Monitor (All Lines) window, you can view material orders for which a transport order could not be created successfully or for which less material than ordered has been or is being delivered.
If multiple material requests generated by a site are missing, only the last missing request for that site is displayed. If a transport order has been created for a later delivery for this combination, the entry is not displayed.
