Stock Changes
Overview: Stock Change
The changes to the stock data of all supermarkets are listed under Master data management > Stock changes. The stock change can be adjusted using various filters and selection of the table columns.

Setting Up the Display for Stock Changes
Table columns can be displayed and hidden in the list of stock changes.

Procedure

Select the Master data management > Stock changes menu.

In the header, click
to open the Select columns dialog window.
The Available columns area contains the columns hidden in the list of stock changes, and the Selected columns area contains the columns that appear in the list of stock changes.

Set up display of stock changes:

: Move all columns to the Selected columns area.

: Move all columns to the Available columns area.
-
Select all : Select all columns in the Selected columns or Available columns area.

Deselect all : Deselect all columns in the Selected columns or Available columns area.

: Move selected columns to the Selected columns area.

: Move selected columns to the Available columns area.

In the Selected columns area, use drag-and-drop to arrange the columns in the order required.

Click Save to accept the changes.
The list of stock changes contains the required columns in the required order.
Filtering Stock Changes
To view the stock changes of an individual supermarket, select the Stock changes element in the Supermarket configuration area. |

Procedure

Select the Master data management > Stock changes menu.

In the header, click
Filter to open the Filter dialog window.

To specify a filter, click the required entry in the Filter list.

Either select the filter criterion in the drop-down list or enter it in the text box in full.

If necessary, specify additional filters.

If necessary, click
to remove the filter criterion.
-
Click Apply to accept the selected filter criteria.
The filter criteria are accepted, and all entries for the selected filter criteria are displayed in the list of stock changes.
Exporting Stock Changes

Select the Master data management > Stock changes menu.

If necessary, set up the display of stock changes or filter stock changes.
Setting Up the Display for Stock Changes
Filtering Stock Changes -
In the header, click
to open the Opening operationsRecordsRegistry.csv dialog window.

Choose whether to open or save the file.
-
Click OK to export the list of stock changes.
The exported stock changes are opened in the required application or stored in the downloads of the file explorer.
