Migration to 1.25+

MACMA version 1.25 introduces a new one-time migration executed for each tenant during the startup of the Keycloak pods. To avoid any potential restarts of the pods due to the increased startup time, the Startup Probe failure threshold for the Keycloak pods was significantly increased from 150 to 900 in MACMA’s helmchart.
This is just an information, to make it clear that Keycloak might start slower on some environments, depending on the number of tenants, but only the first time MACMA 1.25 is deployed. No other actions are needed.
