Condition Monitoring and Event Sequence Detection

1. Analyze machine data

To evaluate the latest machine data, follow these steps:

In the main menu, go to Condition Monitoring > Performance Analysis.
Select the first station L11 St.100.1.1.1 (DMC Marking).
Extend the time frame for a broader look on the machine measurements.

The chart shows the maschine measurements over the selected time span and updates the graph every time new data is available.

2. Get the latest events

To have a look at events based on rule violations or machine messages, click on the Events tab.

The table shows the most recent maschine events.

3. Trigger an Event Sequence Detection run

To get an indication on the causality of an event, follow these steps:

Click on the Event Sequences sub-tab.
To start a new analysis, click the analyze button .

The pop-up shows the sequences the algorithm identified and their statistical information.
