Cookies

When activated in Web Portal configuration, a privacy settings banner ('cookie banner') is shown to users after login to Web Portal. Cookies/data stored in the browser is categorized in the three categories

  • Technically necessary (will always be stored)

  • Convenience cookies (e.g., saving language, preferences etc)

  • Analysis cookies (e.g., analytics)

  • Marketing cookies (e.g., personalizing content and ads)

The user’s consent is shared with the integrated modules in order for them to selectively store data/cookies in the browser accordingly.

Convenience cookies

When the user gives their consent to store 'Convenience cookies', Web Portal stores user-related settings and the navigation tree in the browser to largely improve performance.

If the user doesn’t accept Convenience cookies, the data will not be saved in the browser and therefore, also performance decreases.

Analysis cookies

Accepting this cookies will help to analyze usage data to improve services, offers and content, and to develop new products.

Marketing cookies

Web Portal currently doesn’t store any marketing-related data or cookies that fall under the digital offers category.
