Log Retention Period

Every message processed by a Connector Package creates Message Logs and are stored in ERP Connectivity. Likewise, every message processed by an Orchestrator Package creates Orchestrator Logs and are stored in ERP Connectivity.

The Log Retention Period is a configurable setting per Connector Package and Orchestrator Package that controls the lifespan of logs (such as Message Logs and Orchestrator Logs) in ERP Connectivity. These logs are automatically deleted by scheduled cleanup jobs in batches based on the configuration setting.

This ensures efficient database usage and compliance with data retention policies.

  • Available configurations

    • Use default log retention (30 days 00 hour 00 minute 00 second)

    • Use infinite log retention

    • Use custom log retention (e.g., 10 days, 6 hours, 30 minutes, 30 seconds etc.,)
