Sustainability assessments
Sustainability assessments can be used to check whether deviations occur repeatedly and how successful the measures defined to counteract these have been.
Create Sustainability Assessment

Procedure

Open the Sustainability Assessments tab in the Shopfloor Management > Deviation Processor menu.

To create a new sustainability assessment, click
in the header.
The Create Sustainability Assessment dialog opens.

Complete the following fields:

Title
Name of the sustainability assessment
-
Generic Type Affected
Choose from the device, shift, process, product or facility types
-
Affected Entity
Specification of further information on the selected type
-
<Entität>
Field depends on the selection under Affected Generic Type
Select the device, shift, process, product or facility for which a sustainability assessment is to be created
-
Code
Deviation code
-
Time Frame
Start and end time of the sustainability assessment
-
Maximum Number of Detections
Value that evaluates the sustainability assessment as unsuccessful if it is exceeded
-
-
Click Save.
The sustainability audit has been created.
Delete Sustainability Assessment

Procedure

Open the Sustainability Assessments tab in the Shopfloor Management > Deviation Processor menu.

Select the row of the sustainability assessment to be deleted.

Click
Delete in the header.
The Delete sustainability assessment? dialog opens.

Press Yes to delete the sustainability assessment.
The sustainability assessment is no longer displayed in the table of sustainability assessments.
