Default Subscriptions
Default subscriptions are pre-configured subscriptions provided by modules for all users across tenants. Users automatically receive important notifications without having to manually create subscriptions. Modules customize these subscriptions for specific event types, notification types, subjects and content.
Default Subscriptions Overview
All modules and their default subscriptions are displayed under User > Notification settings. Default subscriptions can be enabled or disabled and their notification methods can be changed. Some default subscriptions are restricted. In that case, it is not possible to disable the subscriptions or to change the notification method.

If no default subscriptions are available, a blank screen with the message No default subscription available yet is displayed.
Enable or disable default subscriptions

Click on User > Notification settings

To disable a subscription, click on
in front of the corresponding subscription.The switch is greyed out, no further notifications will be sent.

To enable a subscription, click on
in front of the corresponding subscription.The switch turns blue, notifications will be sent if available.
Change notification method

Procedure

Click on User > Notification settings.

Click on the drop-down menu of the corresponding subscription.
All notification methods are displayed in the drop-down-list.

Check or uncheck the checkbox of the desired notification method.
At least one notification method must be chosen.
The chosen notification methods are displayed.
