Migration to 4.3.x (Nexeed IAS 2024.02.01.x)
New service account role "Deviation Processor Detector" for Condition Monitoring (CM)
Condition Monitoring module needs a new service account role "Deviation Processor Detector" to be able to send deviations which was earlier possible without this role. This role will be automatically added for tenant-0 (bci tenant) by macma-operator while upgrade, however for other existing customer tenants, an adhoc job could be created by ansible-operator to assign the role for condition monitoring module of other tenants or the assignment needs to be done manually.
-
Automatic way of assigning this role is described in Nexeed IAS Ops Manual 2024.02.01 (Chapter 8.4 - Automatic module role assignments in customer tenants).
-
In order to assign it manually: In Nexeed Portal go to Access Management → Modules → Condition Monitoring - Add Role (Deviation Processor Detector)
