Deletion policy
Master Data Management does not handle the Tenant Deletion event. In case a tenant is removed all tenant data must be manually deleted from the database.

Service Token |
Service tokens have usually short-term TTL (usually in the range of 5 - 15 - 30 min) and are refreshed automatically. The TTL is configured per tenant in MACMA. There is no persistent storage of user tokens at server level. |
Automatic deletion: Service token has a time to live expiration date, after which it automatically gets invalidated. |
User Token |

SMT: According to SMT Operations Manual, anonymization happens on closed Incident ticket after 35 days. Incident tickets older than 3 years are archived to different table BOSCH:HPD. New Remedy: For Remedy similar definition will be available in an ESM operation manual begining of Q2/2019. |
