For example, with a limit of just 1 CPU and a load of 50 concurrent users (resulting in ~5-10 concurrent API requests) MDM will have degraded performance in about 20% of the API requests.

In a scenario with less load (e.g. 10-20 concurrent users) MDM can be operated with less resources than the recommended values. In this case it is essential to monitor the performance and ensure it meets the expectations.

Horizontal scaling

The service does not have any state information and can be scaled as needed by running 2 or more pods at the same time.
