Tenant restore

For each tenant new database tables are created which contain the tenant identifier in their name. To back-up or restore a specific tenant only those tables with the tenant identifier within the name need to be backed up or restored. All new data within MDM, Tool Management and MACMA will be synchronized after a restart of the container or alternatively through time-based mechanisms.
