Operational routines
The Shopfloor management > Operational routines menu is divided into three sections:

Prepare dashboard
The moderator prepares the dashboard for the daily morning round by adding or removing catalog KPI elements to/from the dashboard.

Some KPI elements cannot be added or removed. These have been selected by the administrator and remain on the dashboard. |

Click
in the respective KPI category.The available KPI elements for the KPI category are displayed on the right in the catalog.

To add a KPI element to the dashboard, click
.The KPI element is added to the dashboard.

To remove a KPI element from the dashboard, click
.The KPI item is removed from the dashboard.

Finally, click Save changes.
Prepare daily morning round
The moderator opens the dashboard in the morning and looks at the key performance indicators for the previous production day. The moderator prepares the daily morning round based on these key performance indicators. The production day starts and ends as defined in the Shopfloor Management Administration module ( Administration > System configuration > Global configuration > Shift book: Calendar ) and this applies across all shifts.

The moderator can view the exact key performance indicators on the detail pages of the respective KPI element. |

Procedure

To add a KPI element to the daily morning round, activate the checkbox in the required KPI element.

To remove a KPI element from the daily morning round, deactivate the checkbox in the required KPI element.
Perform daily morning round
Once the daily morning round has been prepared by the moderator, the meeting can begin. The moderator conducts the meeting and discusses the selected KPI elements with the team.

Click Start meeting.
Operational Routines switches to full-screen mode. The daily morning round is now ready to take place.

To switch to the following KPI elements in the Evaluation and Risk Assessment area, use the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

To discuss deviations and the measures created for them, click on the Deviations and Measures tab.

Click End meeting.
The End meeting? dialog opens.

Click End meeting.
The daily morning round ends and the Overview tab is displayed.
