Corrective Task
When a corrective task is selected from machine or tool maintenance, the detailed view of the task opens.
The detail view of the task contains the tabs, the task details and the footer. The task details and footer do not change when the various tabs are accessed.

Corrective Task — Instructions Tab
If a corrective task is selected in the Maintenance > Machine Maintenance or Maintenance > Tool Maintenance tab, the detailed view of the corrective task opens. The appraisal of the task and the solution to the task are displayed in the detailed view in the Instructions tab. The rows must be filled out from top to bottom.

The appraisal is broken down into the following areas:

Description of the solution to the error and work done to rectify the error
Any number of solution descriptions can be added.
A line will open when it is selected.
Each line contains the following elements:

The files can be edited for all descriptions in the Attachments tab of the detailed task view. |

Corrective Task – Attachments Tab
If a corrective task is selected in the Maintenance > Machine Maintenance or Maintenance > Tool Maintenance tab, the detail view of the corrective task opens. All attached files for the task are displayed in the detailed view in the Attachments tab. The attachments are divided into the individual rows of the task. The order of the images from top to bottom determines the order of the images in the gallery in the Instructions tab

Corrective Task — Spare Parts Tab
The Spare Parts tab is only available for tasks of a device. |
If a corrective task is selected in the Maintenance > Machine Maintenance tab, the detailed view of the corrective task opens. All installed spare parts of the device are displayed in the detailed view in the Spare Parts tab. In the Spare Parts tab, the spare parts that are required to solve the corrective task can be reserved. The listed spare parts are loaded from the linked ERP system.

If a corrective task is selected in the Maintenance > Machine Maintenance or Maintenance > Tool Maintenance tab, the detailed view of the corrective task opens. All work on the task is displayed in the detailed view in the Work history tab.

Create Corrective Task
The view for a corrective task of a device and that of a tool differs only in the search field.

Call up the Maintenance > Machine maintenance menu.

Call up the Maintenance > Tool maintenance menu.

Create creative task with

Select Add corrective task from the drop-down list.

Select the device using the Facilities field or scan the QR code.
Or:
Select the Tool Type and Tool or scan the QR code.

Enter name of the task.

If the device has failed, activate the Failure Occurred? checkbox.
Breakdown occurred? is only displayed for devices.

If notifications about status changes of the task are required, activate the Notify in Case of Changes
checkbox.
If the status of a task changes, a notification is sent to the Notification Service module. The Notification Service module then processes the notification further.

Enter the Description of the error or work.

Select Resolving group and Priority.

Select Malfunction Start.

Enter the Telephone number for the responsible person.

To add attachments:

Create a corrective task with Add.
The corrective task is displayed in the Maintenance > Tool Maintenance or Maintenance > Machine Maintenance menu.

Configure Task Details for a Corrective Task
The task details for a corrective task of a device and that of a tool differ only in the Device and Tool field.

Carry Out Appraisal of a Corrective Task
The recorded error is described in detail in the Appraisal tab. It describes the error, what caused it and what was done to fix it. If the error cannot be resolved, the troubleshooting steps taken must be logged. The task must then be assigned to a user who can resolve the error.

In the detail view, go to the Appraisal tab.
The Appraisal tab can only be filled out if the status of the task is set to Started.

Create linked corrective task for a corrective task
Linked tasks can be created if additional work has been noticed while the corrective task is being processed. The additional work can be created in the form of linked tasks in the detailed view of the corrective task.
