OPC-UA machine interface

The Nexeed OpcUa Interface 3.0 contains the interface specification for the Nexeed OpcUa machine interface.
It describes how to integrate the Nexeed Gateway interface specification V3.0 in an OpcUa namespace.
It is agreed that for the communication part OpcUa will be used as communication layer.
