Regular operations
As the product ERP Connectivity does not have any business logic itself, this is highly dependant on the Connector Packages or Orchestrator Packages in use. Please refer to the individual documentations.
Tenant deletion
It is a legal requirement to delete all module relevant data for a tenant if the tenant gets removed, but it is up to the local laws how long the data must be kept afterwards, it is the responsibility of the OPS-team to accomodate to the local laws on when to actually delete the data from the database.
ERP Connectivity supports automated deletion of tenants as soon as they get deleted in MACMA.
