User role assignment

To allow users to manage their own notification preferences (e.g., opting out of email or push notifications for specific topics), the User role must be assigned to each user in the Multitenant Access Control module.

Without this role, users cannot access the Notification Settings page.

The User role should be assigned to every new user as part of the onboarding process.

The User role grants access to notification settings and recipient data. It does not allow users to manage subscriptions or event types. For administrative tasks, the Operator role is required.
