Name of the unit load type for which the work instruction is valid.

Material number

Name of the material number for which the work instruction is valid.

Trailer type

Name of the trailer type for which the work instruction is valid.

Creating a New Work Instruction

New work instructions can be created and shown in the overview of work instructions.

Currently only the Preprocessing and Postprocessing work steps are supported.
Several work instructions can be selected that are not valid for the work step with the currently defined filter criteria. See section Filtering the Content of the Table.

Prerequisite

Transport management administrator or Transport management logistics planner role

Procedure

  1. Open the Work steps > Work instructions menu.

  2. Use add_border to create the work instruction.

    Neue_AA_erstellen_Allgemein
  3. Enter information in the General tab:

    • Enter a short text for describing the work instruction in the Short text field.

    • As an option, enter detailed information about the work instruction in the Long text field.

    • To select the work step for which the work instruction is to be valid, select the work step in the Work Step drop-down list.

    • To display the short text and the long text in the Milkrun application, click the Display drop-down list and select Yes.
