Reported problems

Problems reported in the Milkrun application appear under Material flow > Reported problems. They can be filtered and acknowledged. In the case of linked problems, the corresponding transport movement can be displayed.

If problems are registered in the Milk run application , they appear under Material flow > Reported problems.

Multiple selection

  • To edit multiple reported problems at the same time, activate the checkboxes of the reported problems and select Action in the header.

  • To edit all reported problems that are displayed in the table, activate the check in the title bar of the table and select Action in the header.

Elements and icons

Status column:

clock-24-7 Postponed

abort_frame Canceled

If the status of a problem is clock-24-7 Postponed , a link to the transport movement is displayed in the Status column. Clicking on the link opens the relevant transport movement with details.

The following table describes the columns that are available for transport movements.

Tour during which the problem occurred

Vehicle

Vehicle in use when the problem occurred

Work step

The work step during which the problem occurred

Incident number

Number of the incident (problem)

Incident description

Description of the incident (problem)

Acknowledged

Information about whether the problem has been acknowledged (Yes, No)

Status

Status of the transport movement where the problem occurred (deferred, canceled)

Time

Time the problem occurred

Building

Building in which the problem occurred

Hall

Hall in which the problem occurred

Station

Station at which the problem occurred

Storage location

Storage location at which the problem occurred

Tour ID

The ID under which the tour is stored in the database

Vehicle ID

The ID under which the vehicle is created in the database

Station ID

The ID under which the station is created in the database

Transport movement ID

The ID under which the transport movement is stored in the database

Sub-menu Reported problems

Sum of all reported problems that exist for the selected filters in the system. The information can be found in the upper left-hand area of the submenu.

Filter by building, hall, station or storage location.

To search for an entry with a specific characteristic, click the appropriate input field and enter the characteristic, or select from the drop-down list.

The reported problems with the sought characteristics are displayed in the table.

calendar Select a time period

Filter by period of time.

Click in the field to change and define the date and time.

The reported issues for the selected time period are displayed in the table.

Define the table columns to be hidden or shown.

Exporting the Contents of the Table of Reported Problems

Elements per page

Number of entries per table page. The last number entered is used as the default the next time the window with the table page is called.

  • To change the number, enter the required number in the Elements per page input field.

  • Click outside the Elements per page input field.

The table page is shown with the selected number of entries.

Setting Up Table Columns of Reported Problems

The columns of the table of reported problems can be hidden and displayed individually.

  1. Select the Material flow > Reported problems menu.

  2. In the header, use watch-on to open the Select columns dialog box.

    The column names displayed in the table are listed in the Available columns area. The column titles displayed in the table are listed in the Selected columns area.

  3. Setting up reported problems:

    • forward-right-double : Move all column titles to the Selected columns pane.

    • back-left-double : Move all column titles to the Available columns pane.

    • Select all : Activate the check boxes of all column titles in the Selected columns pane or in the Available columns pane.

    • Deselect all : Clear the check boxes of all column titles in the Selected columns pane or in the Available columns pane.

    • forward-right : Move checked column titles to the Selected columns pane.

    • back-left : Move checked column titles to the Available columns pane.

      The horizontal arrangement of the columns in the Selected columns pane can be sorted by dragging and dropping. The column title at the top appears in the table on the left.

  4. Apply the changes with Save.

The table of reported problems is displayed with the required columns.

Filtering the Contents of the Table of Reported Problems

Preconditions

  • Problems were reported via the Milkrun application.

  • Role Transport Management Administrator or Transport Management Logistik Planer or Transport Management Fertigungsmitarbeiter

Procedure

  1. Select the Material flow > Reported problems menu.

  2. In the header, click filter Filter to open the Filter dialog window.

  3. In the drop-down list, select the desired column titles to which the filter should apply.

    To the right of the drop-down list, a specific filter detail text box appears for each column title.

  4. In the respective filter details text box, enter the text by which you want to filter.

    In the drop-down list, a checkmark and delete appear after the column title that is being filtered.

    Use delete to delete a filter again.

  5. Activate the filter with Apply.

Only the transport orders that contain the filtered text appear in the table. The filter criteria appear below the header.

Use close to remove the individual filter criteria below the header.

Exporting the Contents of the Table of Reported Problems

The filtered contents of the table can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet using the *.csv file format.

  1. Call up the Material flow > Reported problems menu.

  2. Filter the table by the desired content.

  3. In the header, click document-xls to open the file manager.

  4. Save or open the file in the desired location.

  5. Press OK to export filtered contents of the table.

All table contents are exported in the *.csv file format and can be opened from the selected file manager folder.

Displaying the Time Period of Reported Problems

The reported problems can be displayed for a specific time period.

  1. Select the Material flow > Reported problems menu.

  2. Open the calendar in the header using calendar.

    The current day is circled in the monthly calendar.

  3. If you want the period you are looking for to start or end on the current day, click Today.

    Or:

    If you want the change period to be displayed for a different start and end date, select the required month with the required day on which the time period is to begin. Switch between months using image::143600.png[Symbol_Pfeil_nach_links,width=9999] and Symbol_Pfeil_nach_rechts.

    The selected day is highlighted in blue.

  4. To limit the period over several days or months, select a second date.

  5. To specify the time for the start date, select the hours and minutes under Start time using up and down.

  6. To specify the time for the end date, select the hours and minutes under End time using up and down.

    The time period for displaying the reported problem is specified.

  7. To view the selection of the time period in the table of reported problems, click outside the calendar.

The table only displays problems that were reported within the specified time period.

Acknowledge reported problems

Preconditions

  • Problems were reported via the Milkrun application.

  • Role Transport Management Administrator or Transport Management Logistik Planer

Procedure

  1. Select the Material flow > Reported problems menu.

  2. In the row of required reported problems, press mdm_edit_icon to open the Reported problems dialog window.

    The details of the reported problem are displayed.

  3. To acknowledge the reported problem, check the Acknowledged checkbox.

    Or:

    To acknowledge multiple reported problems, activate the checkboxes in front of the required reported problems and press alert_success_black in the header to open the Acknowledge problems dialog window.

  4. Press Acknowledge to acknowledge the selected problems.

The relevant problems are acknowledged.
