Maintenance Status Widget
The Maintenance Status widget displays relevant data about facilities succinctly in a dashboard without having to open the Ticket Management module. This allows all the important data regarding the maintenance status to be monitored in a single overview. Depending on the configuration, the widgets can contain the following information about the selected facility:
-
Number of open tickets
-
Number of open tickets per resolving group
-
Urgency indicator: The ticket with the lowest remaining time determines the color of the widget.
