Introduction to the Part Traceability module
The module Part Traceability identifies all quality data that is generated during the production process. This quality data can be used to analyze production errors and thus optimize production processes and production procedures. Quality data analysis improves production quality, enables product traceability and prevents product recalls.
The module visualizes part errors and process data. Entire part life cycles can be recorded and displayed in reports. In addition to the measurements, production information is also recorded: Namely, which additional components were installed in the products or which material batch was used. The module also provides the packaging information.
Main Function
Obtain different reports and detailed views:

Part life cycle, part information, additional components, facility results, process information, batch information, production information, packaging information, tool usage.

Evaluations for reverse and forward product tracking.
Roles and Permissions
All modules of the Nexeed Industrial Application System are based on permissions. Depending on the permissions, different functions are available in a module.
To enable functions, the user is assigned a role based on the desired permission. Permissions are managed in the Multitenant Access Control module.
The standard configuration of the module includes the following roles:
