Process-Specific Dialogs
Scan
If identification is required, the following scan dialog appears with the corresponding instructions:

Starting the Packing Process
Depending on the packaging instruction, the user must select the type of packing unit before the processing of the packing unit can be started.
If the current material corresponds to a two-stage packaging instruction:
-
Select whether to work with Boxes or Pallets.
A pallet is automatically selected for single-stage packaging instructions.
Start all-in-one packing mode:
-
Select Pallet+boxes.
A two-stage packaging instruction (product to box, boxes to pallets) is processed in one operation.
Continue packaging
If the packaging process is continued for an existing packaging unit, the entire content (all children) of the packaging unit must be scanned.
-
Confirm the action by clicking OK.
Or:
Cancel the content verification with Cancel.
A dialog is displayed asking whether processing should be continued for the packaging unit.
-
Confirm with Yes or No or cancel with Cancel.
Ending the Process (complete)
When the packaging process is completed for an existing packaging unit, the process must be confirmed by the user, if they do not have special authorization to skip the confirmation dialogs.

-
Confirm with Yes or No.
Querying Revision Levels
Revision level queries are launched automatically in the background when the user switches to the packing form or the repacking form, if this function has been configured for the station.
It is also possible to initiate a revision level query manually using the Query revision level button in both of these forms.
If only one revision level is available for the current 10-digit and/or 13-digit material, no user interaction is required. The corresponding revision levels are selected automatically.
If there is more than one revision level for the material, the revision level must be selected in the dialog:
-
Select the revision levels to be used for the packing unit.
The upper list box contains the revision levels for 10-digit material.
The lower list box contains the revision levels for 13-digit material.
-
Confirm the dialog with OK.
